Absolutely! No information is ever shared with anyone without your consent (you have the option to leave a review). You will be contacted for permission if we should ever desire to use any part of your visit in some way. We take your privacy seriously. Your visit and personal information is NEVER shared or sold. You don't need to fight the crowd, and can avoid exposure to the potential of getting ill. There is no lap to sit on, or scary person that a young child is afraid to approach and be with.

There is no limit, but if there are more than three we recommend booking two visits in a row, so that everyone can be included and have time. Santa likes to address each child and have time for them to share their Christmas wishes and anything they wish to ask Santa

No, there is no age limit for visits. Believers of every age are invited to participate, but an adult must be present during a Visit call.

Visits are done over ZOOM. You go to Book a Visit and choose a date and time to schedule your visit with Santa. A code will be sent and you will use it to sign in at the scheduled time.

Santa will only be available to visit during your scheduled time. Visits are booked and times are respected. If you are late you can sign on and visit for the remainder of the time, but you will not be able to extend the time beyond your scheduled time. If you miss your visit you can look to see if another time is available on another date and reschedule based on availability.

Visits: We desire to make our visits more affordable for more people. That is why our rate is $35.00 or a full 10 minute visit. There are also promo codes available that can be purchased by businesses, individuals, groups or organizations.
